Ronja, who lives with her father and his band of robbers in a castle in the woods, causes trouble when she befriends the son of a rival robber chieftain. Adaption of Astrid Lindgren’s children’s book.

It´s a dark and magical children´s movie, definitely not “Disney-cute”. The young protagonists are taken seriously both by the other characters as well as by the film itself. I loved it when I was little (still do!).
